The Company does not intentionally collect, request, or store sensitive personal data beyond what is voluntarily provided for the execution of services and projects. Any information processed is limited strictly to operational requirements such as visual outputs, task execution, or project delivery.
Certain infrastructure, hosting services, analytics tools, or internet-based systems used in connection with Company operations may automatically process technical information such as IP address, cookies, device identifiers, or usage logs.

Standard internet tools or servers tracking log stats are run by external hosting platforms, not our direct business systems.

No outside market sales happen here. Everything checked stays bound to processing the deliverables.

All parties acknowledge that confidential information may be shared during project execution. The Company shall exercise reasonable care to avoid unauthorized disclosure within its operational control.
Shared development layouts, assets, and project files remain protected within the studio active space.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy shall be interpreted as creating an employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship between the Company and any user, freelancer, or partner unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential data exposure, including but not limited to system vulnerabilities, third-party tool processing, or internet-based transmissions beyond its control.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
